Today was my first day coming in to the Dew Chilli Parlor. Can you say chili no sauce? This was not just a first for me in ding but the signature dish was also. But before I get there let me just say, my server was very pleasant as was all of the workers I encountered. It appears, I was the first to dine in on this day. It was about 11 am. The restaurant dining area was clean and orderly, there were no other customers in sight until about a half hour in. I was seated center room on a metal colored chair at a table for four. I explained that this was my first time visiting and Bayleigh told me some of her favorite items to eat there. She noted that the menu had recently been updated and she noted popular items from each section. She allowed me to take my time and order what I wanted. She brought my drink and I decided to start with a cup of chili (the signature dish) it seemed logical. I continued to review the menu while waiting, I ended up ordering the Lucky Lockhart with crispy chicken.
Ok, so, I'm sure your wondering where is this going...lol. Well, I'm getting there...but you should know, I learned of this place because they were on tv. Being in t tv, I though this should be good. But, different is the better descriptor. Ok, Ok, so, the chili. Can you say chili no sauce? The chili is ground meat seasoned as chili with beans also seasoned like chili. However I think they are prepared separately as the meat was in the bowl no signs of bean but if you stir from the bottom, you pull beans through in the spoon. Hhhmmm, my first thought, right. But then I wondered what's different about this? Well, it doesn't look like chili and it's not saucey like chili. Nope. This is ground meat on top of beans both cooked like chili. No tomato or tomato sauce anywhere in site. I had asked for onion and cheese on the side. I mixed in the onions first. Better, but still different, dry, but greasy if you will. Then I added the cheese. Hhhmmm, NOPE! That is where it became a bit irritating for me personally. I was expecting this to grow on me but the more I added the less I liked it. The server had also given me crackers so I put some in and there ended my first try at the Dew "Chilli." It suffice to say, I didn't finish my cup of dew chili.
Luckily, I ordered the Lucky Lockhart which reads on the menu like a grilled cheese with meat and aioli sauce and what they call flat fries. I was so excited. The fries were a nice twist, I ate all of them. As for the sandwich, I only ate half but! I did finish the other half later (cold). The sandwich when I got it was overwhelmingly hot, but bland. The chicken appeared to be fried with a bland tempura like batter. The garlic aioli sauce appeared to be mixed with welted salad greens. Ordinarily I would have loved the buttery awesomeness of the crunchy bread around this wonderfully melted cheese but for some reason, they were not coming together for me. Now, this one...I'm not sure if I didn't like it or if after the chili I just couldn't get the foodie in me going. This should have been a deliciously yum filled experience but I didn't have that experience today. I am hopeful that I was having an off day today. The food was not the best for me today but the environment and the service gives cause for me to give it a second try.
So, I'll see you soon Dew Chilli Parlor. Thanks Bayleigh for such good service. Because of your quality service provision and the other interesting things on the menu, I will be back. I'll have the fish next time. The picture makes it look really good and so does the pictures of the Sancho with cheese sauce and chili meat. -

I absolutely LOVE Dew Chilli. Every thing I have gotten has been delicious. The hot dogs, the dew shoes and the tequila sunrises are my faves! The waiter we always have (can't remember his name, but kinda tall guy with glasses) is the best. So personable and always making sure we have everything we need! I go here as often as I can. 10/10 recommend

Our server Jason was an absolute delight! He was friendly, attentive and made sure we were happy with our dinner The manager Brad was equally outstanding! He really knows the true art of customer satisfaction. Our food was true perfection, and every single person there had a smile on their face the entire time We can't wait to go back!

My son and I tried this new restaurant a few days ago. It's so much larger inside than it looks outside. It's decorated cheerfully with lots of color. It was lunchtime and there were quite a few people there. We had a great waiter. Very helpful with suggestions. Their menu has a little bit of everything. There are several chilli item, Mexican items, sandwiches, and even desserts. While siting got our lunch we went into their game room. Passed by the bar area and it was immaculate and beautiful. All the employees were smiling and very helpful. They even have a Dew shoe with chilli on it. Their fries are off, they are flat. I loved them!! My son didn't feel well so we took most of the food home. Their iced tea was great. Im very anxious to go back again.
